It was announced yesterday that the current main owner Ratos has entered into an agreement to sell its stake in Airteam A/S to the investment company Nalka. The deal is set to be finalized during the second quarter of 2025.
Airteam A/S is one of the leading providers of technical ventilation solutions in both comfort and industrial ventilation in Denmark, with a growing market position in Sweden. Airteam’s group turnover in 2024 was approximately DKK 1.1 billion.
“We have also been satisfied with the collaboration with Ratos since 2016. During that period, Airteam has developed well and steadily both in Denmark but especially in the Swedish market. We have had very stable profitability, not least because we have managed to follow market developments. And we have managed to retain and expand a competent workforce, with high stability at all levels,” says Poul Pihlmann, CEO of Airteam A/S.
Nalka is an investment company focused on developing long-term competitive and sustainable companies in the Nordic region and the DACH region.
“Airteam is a solid, well-functioning and growing company, and we are very impressed by the team, its strong market position and its important role in contributing to energy-efficient and healthy indoor climates. We see significant growth opportunities, both through geographic expansion and a potential extension of the product offering, while strengthening the company’s position as a specialist. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, but we look forward to the future collaboration with Airteam and contributing to the company’s further development,” says Martin Lagerblad, Managing Director, Nalka.
