The leasehold is located opposite the Central Station on Vasagatan 12, adjacent to Vasakronan’s Klara C property and in close proximity to the company’s other properties, Pennfäktaren and Klara Zenit.
The total leasable area amounts to approximately 6,000 square meters, the majority of which consists of office space.
