Skanska sells building for $92 Million

Skanska sells the Nowy Rynek E office building in Poznan, Poland, for approximately 920 million Swedish kronor to Eastnine AB.

As part of the Nowy Rynek office complex, building E has a leasable area of 28,800 square meters, which is nearly 90 percent leased.

The building uses technology that reduces the consumption of both drinking water and energy. It is certified according to LEED Core & Shell, platinum level, and is expected to receive certifications according to WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety and Building without barriers.

Nowy Rynek is located in the central business district of Poznan. Upon completion, it will offer approximately 100,000 square meters of leasable space spread across five buildings.

Nowy Rynek is Skanska’s seventh commercial project in Poznan.
