New tenants to Citygate

Skanska has signed a lease agreement with Bracco Imaging Scandinavia AB, which works in medical imaging diagnostics, for 388 square meters of office space on the 22nd floor of Citygate.

With their new office premises, they will be able to enjoy a fantastic view over Gothenburg while having access to services beyond the ordinary. With its 36 floors, Citygate is WELL-certified and LEED Platinum certified, meaning the building meets the highest standards for health and well-being as well as environmentally friendly construction. Citygate offers a service concept with conference facilities, a café, reception, restaurant and co-working spaces.

“For the past ten years, our office has been located in Gårda, and we have seen the district develop and flourish into an even more vibrant place. When it was time to expand, it was obvious for us to stay in Gårda and move to the modern Citygate, which excellently reflects our innovative corporate culture. The premises will be tailored to our business and will meet our increasing staffing needs,” says Staffan Rosén, CEO of Bracco Imaging Scandinavia AB.

The move-in date is December 2024.
