Lyten gets green light to acquire Northvolt

ISP has approved the deal. Expected to be completed between mid and end of October.

American company Lyten has received approval from the ISP for the acquisition of Northvolt’s bankruptcy estate.

The deal has now secured all required approvals for completion, reports Ekot.

The transaction is expected to be finalized no earlier than October 15. However, it could be delayed until the end of the month for practical reasons, according to the bankruptcy administrator.
