Block to get homes built on concept 3.0

JSB Construction and Riksbyggen are building 136 new homes together.

Gränby is getting a new residential block. In the Sagan block, 136 apartments will take shape based on JSB Construction’s housing concept Bo Lamell 3.0. The apartments will be spread across buildings of four to six stories, and an underground garage will provide 48 parking spaces.

The project’s architect is Minjar, which has prepared the design documents. The entire block will also be environmentally certified to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2029.
