Norway’s state road company Nye Veier has received 17 applications for its CEO position. Among the candidates are two experienced industry leaders.
Seventeen people have applied to succeed Anette Aanesland as CEO of Norway’s state-owned road company Nye Veier. The recruitment process began in December after Aanesland accepted a position as assistant county governor in Agder.
Adresseavisen has obtained access to the applicant list for the leadership role at the Norwegian road authority.
Among the candidates are Ingvild Storås, former CEO of NRC Norge, and Vivi Nyseter-Østby, current group CEO of Saferoad Traffic. Both are experienced industry professionals.
Eight of the 17 candidates have had their names withheld from public disclosure.
