Real estate developer Immocap has unveiled updated plans for the Istropolis project in Bratislava’s Trnavské Mýto district, with construction expected to start in summer 2025.

The mixed-use project designed by KCAP, Cityförster and Pantograph aims to transform Trnavské Mýto into a vibrant new meeting place and destination in the capital.
With a focus on sustainability and ESG principles, Istropolis will showcase innovative solutions like an interconnected energy system, water management, greenery integration and use of recycled materials.
The €400 million development has a valid zoning permit. Initial construction will begin on two office buildings and one residential tower, with overall completion in phases over several years.
