Skanska offloads office complex for €120m

Skanska has sealed a deal to offload its Port7 development in Prague’s Holešovice district to AFI for €120 million.

Skanska is selling the Port7 office complex in Prague, Czech Republic for €120 million. The buyer is AFI, through a subsidiary.

Port7 is located on the left bank of the Vltava River in the Holešovice district of Prague. It comprises three office buildings with approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space. The transaction also includes adjacent land plots.

The development was completed in April 2023 following the conversion of former industrial land.
