Modular builder shifts into high gear

Adapteo Group is acquiring Degotte, a Belgian company specializing in modular buildings.

The acquisition marks an important step in modular builder Adapteo’s continued growth in Europe. Degotte brings more than 40 years of experience in modular construction. The company has completed over 2,000 projects and delivered more than 6,000 modules in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Adapteo’s building portfolio currently totals 1.6 million square meters (approximately 17.2 million square feet). The company operates in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The modular builder develops, builds, leases, and sells modular and circular building solutions for preschools, schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and housing.
