Nyab expands into Helsinki with acquisition

Nyab Finland gains entry to the Helsinki infrastructure market through the acquisition of TerraWise's infrastructure business. The deal includes 19 employees and a portfolio of ongoing projects.

Nyab Finland is acquiring TerraWise’s infrastructure operations, establishing the company in the Helsinki region’s infrastructure market.

The acquisition includes 19 employees and a portfolio of ongoing infrastructure projects in the region.

TerraWise refocuses on green construction

TerraWise has previously also sold its excavation contracting business and continues to streamline its operations.

Tuomas Saarinen, CEO of TerraWise, explains the rationale behind the sale.
