Stendörren Fastigheter has acquired four warehouse and light industrial properties in the Copenhagen area with a total agreed property value of 253 million Swedish kronor (approx. €23 million).
The four facilities, located in Taastrup, Herlev and Hvidovre municipalities near the Danish capital, comprise a total leasable area of 19,200 square meters. The annual net operating income is estimated at around 17 million kronor.
Stendörren has already taken possession of the properties in Taastrup, while the handover of the remaining facilities is expected in early May 2025.
“Our portfolio in the region now totals 16 properties with a combined area of approximately 62,300 square meters and a property value of nearly 900 million Swedish kronor. We also see good opportunities for further acquisitions,” said Johan Malmberg, Head of Investments and Business Development.
