Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have acquired two logistics and light industrial properties in Greater Copenhagen.
They are bringing their joint Nordic platform to a total of eleven assets. The acquisitions comprise Baldersbækvej 8A–D in Ishøj and Hørskætten 11 in Taastrup, with a combined lettable area of 14,375 sq m. The total site area is 17,545 sq m. The acquisitions strengthen our strategy of growing within the industrial and logistics segment in Greater Copenhagen.
“We see significant opportunities to create value, both by developing the existing properties and by further developing our platform in a market with strong fundamentals and good demand,” said Gustav Bachmann, Senior Investment Manager at Alma Property Partners.
The partners are now looking for further investment opportunities.
“Through the acquisitions of Baldersbækvej and Hørskætten, we are expanding our portfolio with two attractive properties that fit well into our investment strategy. Both properties are located in established business areas where we see great long-term potential. Our strategy is to identify properties where we can create value through active management, targeted investments and close tenant relationships, while at the same time strengthening the properties’ market position,” said Jacob Smergel-Krog, CEO of RUBIK Properties.
Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties were advised by Bruun & Hjejle, KHR, Ring3 Erhverv, JLL and RED.
