Areco Industry is moving forward. The company is now strengthening its position as one of the leading players in the Nordic region in stainless steel, metals, and specialty steel.

The building supplier is making two strategic hires and acquiring Steelcenter’s stainless steel stockholding business. In doing so the company aims to become the largest privately owned player in the Nordic region within this segment.

“We are very optimistic about the future and our continued expansion in the stainless steel market. Our goal is to be the obvious choice for both customers and suppliers”, says Johan Zeidler, Head of Division at Areco Industry.

The two new key hires are Per Frödell and Wolfgang Kienzle. At the same time, the building supplier has acquired and taken over Steelcenter’s stainless steel stockholding business.

“By combining Per’s and Wolfgang’s deep industry knowledge with the takeover of Steelcenter’s stockholding business, we are creating an excellent platform for continued growth”, says Johan Zeidler.
