Skanska will develop The Bend, a 50,800-square-meter mixed-use complex in central Nashville, comprising 261 apartments, a 188-room hotel and retail space, in a deal worth approximately €145 million.
Skanska has won a new major contract in the United States. The construction giant will construct a new high-rise residential building and a new hotel building in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
The project, known as The Bend, encompasses approximately 50,800 square meters. And Skanska will receive approximately €145 million for the work.
The residential building will be 12 stories high and house 261 apartments, common areas and three underground parking levels.
In addition, the nine-story Moxy Hotel will be constructed with 188 hotel rooms and associated common areas.
Approximately 1,600 square meters of shell retail space is also included in the project.
Groundwork is underway and the project is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
